• Session not conducted due to expert absence
• Technical failure on our platform
• Duplicate payment

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• User missed session
• Change of mind after session

4. Cancellation

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the session.

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Google Play Billing

If payment is made via Google Play, refunds are subject to Google Play policies.
