All payments made on BUDDLLY are final. Once a session has started, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues preventing the session from starting
  • Payment deducted but session not initiated
  • Unexpected disconnection due to platform error

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the session has been successfully completed
  • Dissatisfaction with advice or guidance received
  • User-side issues such as poor internet connectivity

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must raise a request within 24 hours of the transaction. Our team will review the request and respond accordingly.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

6. Wallet & Credits

In some cases, refunds may be issued as platform credits instead of monetary refunds, which can be used for future sessions.
